Apprentice Program
Become a mechanic while working alongside one of our experienced technicians.
No experience necessary, just a good attitude and work ethic.
Tools are provided and after 2 years they are yours to keep ($1,499 value).
Must be an energetic person who has a desire to learn about mechanics.
Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures.
Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
Proficient oral and written communication skills
Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly.
A valid driver's license is required along with a good driving record.
Must have reliable attendance.
Ability to use basic computer functions.
Over 60 apprentices are now full-time mechanics/technicians working on state-of-the-art John Deere equipment!
